We guarantee the health and safety of our residents by hiring nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare staff who are properly trained and efficient in quality patient care. During the recruitment process, all aspiring applicants of our Adult Family Home staff are required to undergo background checks, series of interviews, assessments, and quality checks. Upon hiring, they are also given additional training to guarantee their efficiency and skills in patient care.
